Throughout our site, you will find a "Satisfaction Seal" next trip pricing information. On these trips, if you are not satisfied for any reason within our control, we will gladly refund the price of your trip. If we cancel any trip due to mechanical failure, unsafe water conditions, or insufficient reservations, a full refund will be provided.

Reasons that are considered "not within our control" include weather, items lost or damaged in the water, your attention to direction, size of rapids, and guest behavior.
