Nestled amongst the junipers, Kayenta Campground at Dead Horse Point State Park offers 21 sites with lighted shade structures, picnic tables, fire rings, and tent pads. All sites also have RV electrical hookups, and modern restroom facilities are available.
There are three yurts at Dead Horse Point State Park. Each yurt offers sleeping space for up to six people, an outdoor propane grill, and comfortable seating indoors and out. Heat, air conditioning, and electrical outlets are also available.
With a convenient location just off highway 313, this campground makes a great basecamp for those exploring Dead Horse Point State Park or the Island in the Sky District. This campground is first-come first-served and accommodated tents, trailer, and RV’s.
Located near Island in the Sky and Dead Horse Point, this campground offers 5 group sites, perfect for large gatherings. This site does not provide water, dump stations or electric hookups.
With RV and tent sites and cabins and cottages, Archview RV is the closest commercial campground to the Island in the Sky district of Canyonlands National Park.
